A Long Beach termite company that shows you what it found
We inspect, treat and repair termite damage and handle household pests across Long Beach and the nearby cities, from two offices and one phone line.
What we do
Termites are the center of the business. Coastal Southern California is home to the western drywood termite, which lives entirely inside dry wood, and Long Beach has a lot of old wood: bungalows, Spanish revival homes, ranch houses with exposed beams and courtyard apartments with original trim. Our days are spent in attics, crawlspaces and garages finding where colonies are and what they have damaged.
From there the work runs the full length of a termite job: whole-house fumigation, local drywood treatment with orange oil or other labeled products, heat treatment, soil treatment and bait systems for subterranean termites, borate on bare wood, and the repairs that follow. Real estate termite reports for escrow are a large part of the week as well.
Because most homes that have termites also have ants, roaches, rats or spiders at some point, we handle those too, along with bees, wasps, mosquitoes, gophers and birds.
How we work
Nothing gets treated until we know what is there. Every inspection ends with findings marked on a diagram, photos where they help, and options with written prices. If a local treatment will solve the problem, we say so. If the honest answer is tenting, we explain why and walk you through the prep.
The phones are answered around the clock, every day of the year. Swarms, bees in a wall and rats in an attic do not wait for business hours, and people want to talk to someone when they find them.
