Information, not a diagnosis
Articles, guides, photos and tools on this site, including the treatment finder and the prep checklist, are general information. They are not an inspection and are not advice for a specific property. Only an inspection of your property can tell you what is there and what it needs.
Prices
Prices on this site are typical ranges for jobs we commonly see. They are not quotes or offers. The price for your job is set after an inspection and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Our work and agreements
Treatments, repairs and reports are performed under a separate written agreement or work authorization that describes the scope, preparation, price and any follow-up terms. If anything in that agreement differs from this website, the agreement controls.
How calls are handled
Exquisite Termite Control performs its own inspections and treatments. On days when every opening is taken and a caller's problem cannot wait, we may offer to pass the call to another established local pest control company. We tell you when that is happening, it only happens with your agreement, and you are always free to wait for our next opening instead. Any work done by another company is between you and that company.
