This notice explains what information Exquisite Termite Control Inc collects through this website and our phone line, and how we use it. It was last updated on October 18, 2026.

What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

When you call, we collect what you choose to tell us so we can schedule and perform the work: your name, phone number, the property address and details about the problem. Inspection findings, reports and records of treatment are kept as part of the job file.

Information stored on your device

The fumigation prep checklist on this site remembers which items you ticked by saving them in your own browser's local storage. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

How we use information

We use it to answer your call, schedule and perform inspections and treatments, prepare reports you request, keep records the work requires, and contact you about your job. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

When information is shared

We share information only when it is needed to do the job or required by law: for example, sending a termite report to the escrow or real estate contacts you name, coordinating a gas shut-off for fumigation, or meeting record-keeping rules for pest control work. If a call has to be passed to another local pest control company because our schedule is full, we share only what that company needs to help you, and only with your agreement.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it (we do not). Some records must be kept for a period after pest control work, and we will tell you if that applies. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
